It is to the company’s discretion to accept or deny any discount or coupon codes. Only (1) discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be applied to previously placed orders. An item that is out of stock will be refunded or replaced with a similar item that is to the company’s discretion. This does not happen often but it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.
Shipping Policy:
Please make sure that you submit the correct information at check out. Due to security reasons, we are unable to change your address or payment method once you have checked out. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided, no refund will be made.
Our current processing timeframe is 5-7 business days
Domestic Shipping :
During the holiday season, transit times may be extended. Once your package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for any damage or losses. If your order is damaged or lost please contact the courier directly.
International Shipping :
We do offer international shipping. Please be advised that Blissful Bee Herbal Eden is NOT responsible for any customs or destination charges.
Return(s):
All Sales are Final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and notations before placing the order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. However, due to these production processes and the use of all-natural ingredients, slight differences in size, smell, color or consistency are possible. If the product you received is deemed defective, the item is eligible to be resent if reported within 3 days of the delivery date. If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date. An item that is out of stock will be refunded or replaced with a similar item that is to the company’s discretion. This does not happen often but it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause. Packages that are returned to the sender (Blissful Bee Herbal Eden) will be refunded; shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refunds (If Applicable):
Refunds will be to the discretion of the company (Blissful Bee Herbal Eden) handled case-by-case where the company agrees that a product/item is not to the mutual satisfaction of both customer and company. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Please note that funds may take a few days to become available depending on your bank and credit card companies.
